                                                        Thursdays @ 6.30pm - 7.45pm

Claire is a certified yoga teacher with 8 years experience. In 2013 she completed the Trust in Birth Perinatal yoga teacher training has been teaching pregnancy yoga since 2013.

This class is suitable for pregnant women from 14 weeks on, regardless of previous experience. It will help you build the strength and stamina needed for the changes your body will undergo during pregnancy. Prenatal yoga also helps reduce insomnia, fear and anxiety among expectant women. The breathing and relaxation techniques and the various active birth positions learnt in class can be utilized to help you have a more positive birth experience (whatever that means to you). Practiced regularly, yoga will help alleviate common pregnancy aches and pains like tightness in upper back and shoulders, lower back aches, hip and rib pains, sciatica and carpel tunnel to name but a few. The deep relaxation at the end of each of my classes gives you the opportunity and space to connect with and spend time your baby

The classes are run in six week blocks. €75 for 6 week or €15 for a drop in class (space permitting). Saturday classes are facilitated many weeks also and are offered at a reduced rate to regular students. Mats are provided or you can bring your own.
